Yes. Moving is a seasonal business and charges for moving services may differ depending on the time of year you are moving. Generally, peak season takes place in the summer. During the peak season moves will be charged at premium rates. Moves taking place in the winter may be charged at a lower rate than a similar move in the summer.  Rates for services, accessorial charges, and labor charges will differ from company to company and should be compared before selecting a moving company.
