Yes. A binding estimate is not a bid or a contract. The term "binding" can be misleading in that it is only binding for the specific goods and services itemized in writing. If a customer moves more items or request additional services the final price will increase, despite the fact that the estimate was "binding." Read all estimates carefully and completely before signing.
