2. Will the estimate be binding or non-binding?

3. Will final charges be based upon weight or cubic feet?

4. Will the company provide references from satisfied customers?

5. What are the charges for packing services?

6. What are the charges for "full coverage insurance," and what is covered?

7. Which neutral arbitration program does the company participate in?

8. Is the estimate provided in writing and does it list all services ordered?

9. Does the company charge extra for stairs, long carry, shuttle, storage, appliance serving, etc?

10. Are the pickup or delivery dates guaranteed?

11. What form of payment is accepted at delivery?

12. How long after delivery do I have to file a claim for damages?
