Answer Explanation: Generally, moving company may not have any terms on a contract which releases it from full liability. (49 CFR Section 375.701(a)).  All items, including PBO and particle board, will be covered at a minimum of $0.60 per pound per article if the limited liability valuation option is declared in writing by the customer.  However, if the customer fails to correctly declare the limited liability valuation option the full replacement value valuation option will become the default selection.
